New Watercraft

Are warrantied by their manufacturers for the period stated. As dealers for Yamaha and Seadoo, we are authorised to carry out warranty repairs to these craft.

Used Watercraft

Are sold as seen, with no warranty unless otherwise stated.

On newer watercraft the balance of the manufacturers warranty may apply.

Warranties

May be invalidated by:

• Fitment of non-genuine parts or accessories.
• Modifications or adjustments by non-authorised dealers.
• Failure to carry out maintenance or checks outlined in the watercraft manual.
• Damage caused by improper use - e.g. proximity to beach.
• Use of lubricating oils or fuel not in accordance with manufacturer specifications.

The warranty does not include transportation to or from the repair center, or any other loss.

Deposits

All deposits taken are non refundable.
